Ethics and Compliance Program:

Tekido's commitment to ethics is embedded in the fabric of our organization. Our Ethics and Compliance program is overseen by the Tekido Board of Directors, with leadership from across the business serving on the Ethics and Compliance Council. Chaired by the Chief Executive Officer and reporting quarterly to the Board of Directors, the Ethics and Compliance Council ensures accountability and transparency in our ethical practices.

Led by the General Counsel, the Tekido Legal Group manages the day-to-day activities of the Ethics and Compliance program, offering training, counsel, and oversight for a variety of ethics and compliance-related issues. Through continuous education, guidance, and investigation oversight, we empower our employees to uphold the highest ethical standards and contribute to Tekido's success in an ethical and responsible manner.
